Admission Procedure of Intermediate at GCU.

 The followings are the steps for admission at GCU

Step1 -Portal creation

• Signup to create your online admission application account with a valid email address on Admission Portal
• After signup successfully, a system-generated email will be received at your given email address with an activation link. When you click on the link, your online admission application account will be activated. Please click on login to access your application account.
• If you have already created an account, please sign in with your email and password. If you forgot your password, please click on forgot password to retrieve your password.

 

Step2 -Profile Creation

•  You must upload a picture before filling in the Personal Information.
•  Fill in exact information (Your name, father's name, and date of birth) according to all degrees and transcripts i.e. Secondary, Intermediate level qualifications and CNIC/B-Form/Passport.

      Note: The picture will not be uploaded until it is compressed as per the given instructions.

Step3 -Qualification Details

•     Add Academic Information according to qualifications/ degrees/ diplomas order (Secondary to Higher Studies).

 Step 4 - Major selection and submission

•     Separately apply for each Group/Major, Admission Base, and Category one by one from the same login/account.(Choose a major carefully; it will not be changed.)
  

 Step5 - Challan form

• Fee Challan will be generated for each application separately, take printout(s) using Print Challan & deposit fee in any online branch of UBL bank. The fee is non-refundable/adjustable.
  Note: The application form will not be printed unless you upload a PICTURE and SOFTCOPY/IMAGE OF CHALLAN (University Copy) after depositing the fee.

Verification of Application

   On the student portal you will see all green ticks in registration if your application is filled correctly if not then you can or cannot change the information provided. 

 IMPORTANT POINTS

• Fill exact information (Your name, father`s name, and date of birth) according to all degrees and transcripts i.e. Secondary, Intermediate level qualifications and CNIC/B-Form/Passport.
• Choose a major carefully; it will not be changed.
• The candidates who fail to deposit their dues within the due date will forfeit their right to admission.
• After uploading the softcopy of the challan; you will not be able to modify/edit your entered information).
